GT45 exhaust side V-Band size?

For you guys with the Ebay GT45s, where are you sourcing the Vband clamp/flange combo for the exhaust side? Mine has the 3.25" ID on the outlet and 4" total OD on the flange with a groove that looks like can accept one side of the clamp, negating the need to weld a flange to the outlet. I want to run a 3.5" downpipe. Thanks!
