GTS and Formula-S spare tire

I`m getting ready to repaint the wheels on my 68 Dart GTS. My question is, would the spare rim have been a 5.5 inch painted the body color as well and would a E-70-/14 redline tire also have come on the spare? In other words ,would the car have come with 5 wheels ,5.5 ",w/ E-70/14 redline tires or 4? My present spare is a 4.5" wheel painted white. Thanks

All 5 would be 14 x 5.5 with E70-14s. Only cars that came with the small caps had the wheels body color, if your car came with full wheel covers they would be black. (so i was told on here)

I think my 68 GTS came with a steel painted spare too, and I think it's coded for small caps.It's a 14x5.5. At some point, in the early 70's, I think the wheels with poverty caps were painted black, but not sure when the change occured, maybe 73?

The car came with the dog dish caps and 5.5" painted wheels. I guess I should get another 5.5" wheel, paint it ,and put an E-70/14 redline tire on it for the spare.
