I agree with AbodyJoe on the seat belt interlock thingee, my 75 Duster had that, and for some reason when we got rain the seat belt interlock system would not allow the car to start, I extended the wires and mounted the interlock under the dash and would just poke the button with a nail if it wouldn't turn over.
