Took my Duster to work today and all went well both going to work and the drive home. I'm about 2 miles away from home and cruising on back roads and I see what looked like a Challenger with its hood up on a side road I drove by. I go a little further down the road where recently a car showed up at a house but its covered in the driveway. From what I can tell its a Challenger and it has Torque Thrust wheels on it. Anyways I go by that house and the car is not there. I think....holy crap that must have been the car I saw so I turn around and go back to where it was. I turn the corner and there she is....a 70 RT Challenger. The owner comes over who I don't know from a hole in the wall....I ask if everythings alright....He says his alternator belt popped off when he got on his car. I pull in front of his car and get out and we start talking like we know each other.....I check out his car and its a original paint survivor 70 RT V Code 4 speed 4.10 Dana car...Orange......Had a few battle scars from 49 years of life but the car was amazing. He bought it from an estate sale 5 years ago.......Anyways I helped him out getting the belt back on and we talked a little while longer and I went on my way. He told me to stop by anytime....maybe I will.....
