Yes they are torn. They are good "cores" but need to be redone.

Yes- I had them mounted in my Demon for 2 or 3 months while trying to find the correct 1972 buckets. They worked fine but keep in mind they are appx 36 years olds and need to be recovered. I think the foam is ok. The drivers seat seemed to lean back a bit but I think this was due to the fact that the spacers were on the front two bolts but NOT on the back two bolts. Thanks ! Frank
