Happy St. Patrick’s Day

I made the annual St. Patrick’s day meal like my mom always did.
I made the Irish soda bread from scratch using her recipe.

It was pretty darn good. My wife enjoyed it because she didn’t have to cook!

I have yet to drink a drop so far today...
Making bb back ribs in the oven.
Didnt dress in green..but am now.
Holiday's 'for me' have all become just another day.. as well as birthdays.
We all moved away from eachother, family n friends... my grandmother just passed at 92... phone calls with fam old friends that arent dead yet and the local musician friends I play with n have a drink once in a while at the pub...that's bout it.

Had a plate full at one of my local stops. ******* A doe ball baby that was good.

i love corned beef and cabbage we use potatoes carrots turnip cabbage and corned beef all cooked in the same pot and them pour a little juice over the smashed potatoes , and mustard pickles on the side . :thumbsup::thumbsup:
