Harmonic balancer and bolt

We got a scat 9000 stoker crank for our 340 build. What should I be looking toward for a harmonic balancer that will fit the scat cast crank? Also need a set of bolts to assemble the mains, rod caps oiul pump ect. Want to use ARP and was curious if I should just do hex steel or stainless?

Go with ARP main studs and have it line honed.

The Scat cast crank will take any standard or performance balancer. Best it get one that does not have the rubber between the two sections.
