I have a 66 273 commando in need of a harmonic balancer and was wondering if one from an 83 318 would work. If not, what are the differences. Thanks for the help.
Probably as long as it's from a 1967-1969 318. In 1970 they moved the timing mark to the other side so it wouldnt line up with your indicator and would also be hidden behind your radiator hose.
Thanks. I have a 65 273 as well I could pluck from but its buried in the corner of my garage and much harder to get to. Maybe itll motivate me to finally clean.
