Are they hard to put on?

With the right tool they are as easy as turning a bolt.

I have also seen many pounded on with a dead blow hammer but this IS NOT the right way to do it.

This is not rocket science. Very easy You need a puller. Do it and learn it is fun,Kevin.

well i bought a 1995 eclipse today and they said it needed a new harmonic balancer.

well it doesn't have one on it. the other one was put on with a hammer. so they took the bad one off
