the water in the lagoon is almost at the same level of the lake

the locals say it is the highest it has been in 40 years

Holy crap. Definitley the highest I've ever seen it. Whenever I go to Harrison I always jog around the lagoon. I still remember when that exchange student went missing in there a few summers ago....
