Has anyone ever heard of using AMC hubs on an a body?

i always thought they looked the same....never know till ya break out some measuring devises
 
yes, I have heard Gremlin drums will add the 4 1/2 bolt circle to you 4" bolt circle car. do not know if that is correct -- but have read it.
I believe those cars are harder to find than Mopars, Lawrence
 
yeah im finding out that AMC vehicles are very tough to find let alone a brake hub! Oh well I did cross check some part numbers and the use the same bearings as a 10 inch a body drum spindle.
 
wouldnt it be a lot easier to call up one of the big mopar junkyards and get the mopar stuff if you're after a 4x5 conversion?
 
Im just looking at alternatives thats all maybe its something that might work ya never no. but yes it would be easier to go aftermarket or go with the 73 and up stuff.
 
Keep at it you may find the next hot ticket for us low budget guy's and gal's out there :cheers:
