Has anyone made a custom shifter knob for auto floor shift

I am doing a few mods on my 67 Dart. I want to do sort of campy mods that might have been done back in the day, but want to keep it easily reversible back to stock. Thinking of doing a sifter knob/handle on the stock floor shifter, possibly utilizing a beer tap handle. Anybody done a custom knob/handle on a stock a body shifter?

Probably mixing eras, so far have an aftermarket metallic blue vinyl steering wheel. Have a set of call custom finned valve covers finned fuel filter and coil cover, and a mid 70s underdash 8 track fm radio.
