I bought a set of Spicer 5-789X u-joints for my duster to replace the weaker greasable joints. I called Dana/Spicer for recommendation of strongest 7260 u-joint and they said it was the Spicer 5-789X which is cold forged and not cross drilled. So it is not greasable. Anyway the cross would not slip into the yoke or shaft end yoke. Puzzled it a bit and then did little dremel grinding on parts in non stress area. You can see the yellow paint where I ground down. Then it slipped in and rest was good. Should be a good strong joint now. Little bit of safety factor with the slicks.
