Hey guys just want to double check something might just be paranoid. So on my 340 I have Edelbrock rpm heads and I am using Arp head studs. I was going through paperwork and came across the head instructions and it said something about replacing one of the studs with the supplied head bolt instead for oiling of rocket shaft? So is that true or am I good with my arp head stud kit cause there is no bolts I only used studs

the rocker shafts oil at a rocker arm bolt not a head stud
you do have to have the right smaller diameter bolt and
the torque amounts in many books are way too high so ask about that too
there are some problems r and r the heads with studs so be aware\
ask here
I mostly built engines not installed them
I do know that PB makes a difference

where in CA?

I live in the bay area Morgan hill but all of my head fasteners are studs and my rocker shafts are bolto course ,what are the problems with studs

My son makes these studs this is done on all small block mopar motors. They have to be indexed in the block so I believe the block being here is required unless you index and mark the studs for your block.
