I've been putting off checking NSS. This week I Checked the switch and deemed it to be bad.
The head scratcher, NSS unplugged and switch in tranny. I tried to start the car , It did. That shouldn't happen right? What am I missing.

It's got to be bypassed somewhere .

An exorcism?
Obviously it was bypassed at sone point

Starter relay malfunction ? + shorting to ground post inside the relay box , but I would get a volt reading.. The ground wire to NSS switch is clear

The starter relay on the inner fender is getting a ground signal input from someplace then. Thats all the NSS does completes a ground signal up to the start relay.
