Too bad the steering box was not closer to the frame rail, I know the SuperStock Hemi guys used to move that first thing to get them better headder clearence on that #1 pipe.

Passenger side on mine are just as close.
Unfortunately the early A-bodies just don’t provide much room. I still prefer these over my TTI’s that provided no room for anything.

I remember lowering the passenger side header in as I dropped the engine in on my 70 Dart. Otherwise you have to jack the engine up pretty high and scratch the paint on the fender in the engine bay etc.
