Headers and brake lines

Just put disc brakes and TTI headers on my 60 340. Had to put on a proportioning valve and when the headers went on,one pipe is almost touching the proportioning valve. Question is how close to the valve can the exhaust be without affecting the brakes...

I think brake fluid boils at around 400 F but you could look it up, I don't think I would have it that close.
