Headers for a body and milidon pan?

Looking at some headers on summit and some reviews say that they will interfere with a milidon deep pan. Does any one know what cheeper headers will clear the 8qt pan? Now worried about ground clearance just clearing the pan.

360 j heads for reference. And manual steering.
