Which swatch above seems like it should be a match for my wife's 1970 Valiant headliner?

The only information on the interior I have is from the fender tag:

L2B7: Trim - Low, Vinyl Bench Seat, Blue
EB7: Medium Blue Metallic Int. Door Frames

Could be the top one just a tad faded due to time is my guess

I'm going to see if they will send a physical swatch of fabric.

I've looked at this post on my phone, home desktop and work desktop, and the swatches look totally different on each.

I think you are right about fading.

I regret not taking photos of the ends of the headliner that were behind the seat back.

It was darker and more blue.

I can always fish the fabric end out from behind the seat back with a pick (its not like I have to worry about damaging it).
