Heat box to fan mount?

72 Dart w fac a/c is there supposed to be something to bolt the heat box to the fan/a/c box housing? All mine has is a single bolt near the center of the a/c box and the j hook going up to the cowl, nothing to pull it tight to the fan. Is something missing?
