So I'm setting up the heat cables in my 69 dart and I have them all se up accept the one for the that opens the heat door. The arm at the box only moves avout 10-15 deg from stop to stop. So if I set up the cabel and selector on heat and the door arm in the "extreme clockwise" position as noted in my shop manual, the throw of the selector will only go so far. It's like the door in the box is stuck and won't open any further, but it seems to stop fiarly tight in both directions. Does this seem right? When I set it up according to the manual, the slelctor never slides all the way over to
"OFF". The Contols are all working like they should, I checked them out and have adjusted the cables on both ends to no avail. Any help would be great.
Thanks, Dan

I got it the door is stuck and will not open all the way.

I'm in the process of rebuilding my 69 Dart ac/heater box. Does yours have ac? if so lift the door at the box location and see if it them moves farther, I had to place spacers on the bottom of the rod when i had mine apart to keep it from jamming.
