BTW there is a good chance you are revving the340 more than the /6. You may want to consider a restrictor on you water pump outlet to keep the pressure down.
there is probably an option for either A/c or non A/c. regardless if you have the A/c hooked up or not, you need to get the A/c if that heater box and A/c box is in the car for it to fit right is what i have learned from everyone on here. thats what i did with my duster that originally came with A/c and has the A/c components within the interior. hope that was clear enough.I have a question i need to change my heater core and my car has A/C is there a special one for A/C or are they all the same for my 66 Dodge Dart
According to the parts store in Canada there is only one part # for A/C or non A/C.confusedthere is probably an option for either A/c or non A/c. regardless if you have the A/c hooked up or not, you need to get the A/c if that heater box and A/c box is in the car for it to fit right is what i have learned from everyone on here. thats what i did with my duster that originally came with A/c and has the A/c components within the interior. hope that was clear enough.

Will look into that ,ThanksHi Paul, i checked rock auto and it shows different numbers for ac vs non ac. I would gladly have a rad shop redo ours vs buying new. Spectra is sposed to be very good.
