Heater Delete Question

Is it possible to have a true heater delete car if the H25 is not on the body plate or the build sheet? Build sheet shows 11 for heater. I owned the 1 of 1 1969 Dodge Dart 383 GTS 4-speed car that was purchased new in Hawaii. I had no build sheet but the H25 was on the body plate and I talked to the original owner who confirmed the order and sent me his 69 Hawaii plates.

yep, lots of cars here were heater delete. they were only sold in Hawaii and Florida. Both my Valiant and the 68 Dart I sold awhile back are heater delete, as well as a couple parts cars I have run across.
