Heater Vent to Cowl Seals

I too have a '64 270 with water leak problemns. I was convinced that it was the windshiled gasket but my son learned of the same problem on '60s Mustangs. So we tried the hose test spraying water in one side of the cowl air intake. Turns out it is the seals between the heater air box and the cowl. After 48 years they have turned solid and brittle.

I have checked a few Mopar rubber parts suppliers and have not found any. Can anyone reccommend a supplier.
