THe threads on my control arms are stripped Does anyone know where i can locate a set of uppers?? They going on a 74 Dart Custom ;)

The threads on the uppers always "look" stripped.....Not a normal looking thread. Try to install the ball joint before buying another set of arms. If the ball joint will thread in firmly and goes up flush and tight at the end, it is probably ok. You can always just tack weld it at 2 or 3 spots for insurance. :glasses8:

I really hope so the thing is tho that the ball joint popped out two days ago...i was barely able to get another ball joint in there today and a new tie rod. of course the allignment is waaay off but maybe i can get them tack welded?

if the ball joint popped out, those threads are shot. fix it right and replace the arm. jmho
