Help! centerforce or mcleod

Am running a 418 sb stroker w/about 500hp at the fly wheel. Need a clutch set. Would like advise on which to use. A centerforce dual friction set or a mcleod clutch plate 260521 for up to 500hp or a 260621 for up 600hp with a pressure plate 360953 both mcleod plates are 11 inches were as the centerforce is only 10.5 inches

love my centerforce dual friction! It locks up right now compared to my old (not that old) Ram Powergrip clutch setup.
