Help clean the junk in my trunk

The person I bought my car from decided to use some sort of undercoating in the trunk space. He sprayed it everywhere. When I was sitting in my trunk while wiring my car I noticed that it was still fairly soft and tacky.

I would like to get this stuff out of my trunk but not sure what the best way is to remove it.. I dont really want to use a stripper because the car was painted about a year ago. If that is the only way to remove it then I guess it can stay.. Just wondering your guys thoughts.

Try taking a scraper to a hidden area to test what works

if it's soft, solvent, and lots of rags, solvent proof gloves and a mask.Can turn into a big gooey mess before it's all over.
