Help! Dipstick and tube dimensions

Could someone please post the correct dimensions for a 318 dipstick and tube? My recently acquired Dart had a broken off dipstick tube and I am not really sure the dipstick is the right one. It would really help to get the correct dimensions so that my oil level checks are accurate. Thanks in advance.

it's a good idea to cut / adjust your tube to read full at a measured 4 quarts
before permanently installing it.I have seen stock tubes out over 1/2 qt.
