Hello FABO
I am having a hard time finding a 1968 Plymouth Valiant fender. I was wondering what other makes and year Fenders would work?
My car is getting a full body makeover and I have been informed that my driver side fender is not repairable.
Any help would be great.

We have a nice lh fender 150 plus shipping. Greyhound to the border would be in the 100 to 125 range.

plymouth duster up to 76 but you have to change out the headlight bucket to 68. The green is 67-8 or 9 Valiant. The brown is the later style. All you need is the outside shell and fill in the marker. The part that holds the 2 screws for your bezel is different too.

Thanks

Found a 73 duster Panel a couple hours away from my house.
If I do purchase this fender can I use the existing 68 headlight bucket on my damaged fender?

You sure can and the marker hole is easier to fill on a 72-up fender than a 70-1. There is a slight notch where the fender bolts to the inner fender. That was when they moved the ECU to that area. All you need is a spot weld drill bit to swap buckets. I can PM you my # if you want me to walk your through it. I had to do it to my car

Excellent
I am not the handiest when it comes to body (electrical monkey) so I might take you up on that offer.
From what I take from this conversation, I will need to fill the marker hole (second picture).
Use a spot weld drill bit to pop and swap the buckets. What's the best way to install the new bucket onto the fender? I have a buddy doing the body work, I will show him this conversation and see if he gets it.

Yep,just spot weld it in the same spots you drilled out
Thanks

Another question if you don't mind. I am looking for window sweeps and channels for all four windows. What other models and years would work? I live in Ontario and having a hard time finding a vendor that supplies product for a 68 four door and delivers to Canada.

Detroitmuscletechnolgies makes the cat whiskers/sweeps and restoration speciaties makes the channels
