I want to rebuild this tranny but when i found the vin number i did not look like the other ones i have seen, it looks like a date but with no other vin. Can someone tell me what it came from?

yep thats a OD833 from a dodge truck with a build date of 1/15/87 still has the truck style shifter plate mechanism and linkage.
