Help Identify this Column Please

I'm trying to determine if I can use this floor shift column in my 74 Duster Project.
The car is a factory 318/904 power steering car and is being resto/modified and converted to an a833 4 speed.

The Person who is selling the column thinks its a manual steering column bu they are not sure........

The coupler is for a manual box so I would assume it's a manual column.
