Help Identifying Engine Bay Wiring

Working on 70 Dart 340.I think this wiring is for the curb idle solenoid,Not sure? If so not sure where the other two connections go.Maybe Alternator or coil? Thanks in advance.

Looks like a step up solenoid harness. plugs on the field of alternator/ solenoid/ long end comes from bulk head connector. This is my educated guess.

The one end is a male?Thats whats throwing me off?

I would think that goes to the solenoid pig tail wire?
