Help! License Plate holder!

O.K.
Here comes a REAL silly post...
Almost do not want to ask, but I simply can not find what I am obviously missing.
Heres the scoop.
I have a 75 Duster, and want to install a front license plate to the original front bumper...Sounds real simple huh!
Well, I must be missing some sort of brace/bracket that is keeping me from doing this simple task.
Does anyone have one hanging around?
Is there somewhere that I can locate one?

yes there is a bracket. Its really just a piece of sheet metal bent in an L shape. 2 bolts go in the front holes and there should be a hole under the bumper. If you had a piece of metal around it would be a piece of cake to make.

I might have one but I'm sick and really don't want to go digging for it at this moment. wish i could find you a picture but i can't locate any online.:banghead:
