What would be a fair price? The brackets cost $6.95 each to have made with the purchace of 25. That is just machine time and material. They are all stainless so the won't rust and don't need paint. The more I buy the cheaper they are. They are laser cut and cnc bent and thread insert installed. It is the machine setup and time on the machine reflecting the cost.

To make the cost consistent with shipping included anywhere in the world. I was going to list them on E-bay at a $16.95 free shipping. The profit would vary depending on where they are going. Paypal and Ebay take 10% combined. In some cases I would barely break even.

Do you all think they would sell at that price or am I wasting my time? I have 20 extra here now. If they don't sell at least I have them for future mirror installations .

Without this bracket when installing the remote mirror on a car without wing windows the cable gets caught on the window. I am going to check my 1971 Roadrunner to see if its the same bracket for B-body and E-body . I took this bracket from a Duster. all Duster and Dart sports with factory remote mirrors have this bracket bolted in the door. The bolt hole is under the front upper weather strip . All right side doors have the hole pre-drilled

Please let me know of your thoughts. Thanks Steve

If these sell I will have stainless right side exhaust brackets made in quantity he is making some for now and they are already accounted for. also extended 4bbl adjustable throttle cable brackets. I will have parts made for my new Duster that can be polished to a chrome finish and won't corrode. To recoup the cost I will have extras made to sell. Valve covers , Air cleaner , now new timing cover and many other things under my hood were made by me to be polished out of aluminum. Now for the stainless parts I made from carbon steel originally.

$16.95 is a very fair price for those, considering the leg work you put into them to get them made. If you will PM me an address to send a USPS money order to, I’ll take one for my Duster. I will be interested in an exhaust bracket as well, when they are done.

Please don't ruin this thread for Oldmanmopar by offering to buy his parts here. You can send him a pm behind the scenes if you wish. If he wants to start a sale thread or turn this thread into one he can let me know. Tmm (moderator)

I just started a sale thread for these brackets with more pictures of where they go.

I already sold several. I will have more made when these run out. ETA of more is unknown. PM me from sale thread if interested. Thanks Mike for your concern. Steve

Sorry Mike....wasn't my intent at all. :realcrazy: I guess I got too excited about something I needed, and how nice of a job that Steve did making them. Thanks for the reminder. :)
No problem. Yes they are nice parts and a great idea for sure. I was just trying to prevent 2 different threads for the same item. Dang that can get confusing.
