HELP! Need measurement from a Dart Sport w/ duel snorkel hood scoop

Hi,

l'm installing a duel snorkel scoop on my car. I got the correct hood gaskets/gromets but I need to know what the correct center to center dimension is for the two holes... Also if you could give me some type of reference from the back of the hood or the center of the back bracing...

A factory scoop car would be best.... tx

I got the scoop all ready to go, just need to cut these two holes.

mine are 9" center to center, and about 8 1/2 inches ahead of the inside bracing.
Not a factory scoop hood (as far as I know, anyways)

I have a template from an original dart sport with a factory scoop, if I can find it I will let you know

I have an original 73 dart sport 340 with original hood & scoop option.....Everything takes place in the upside down diamond shape.....center to center is about 9-5/8 or 9-3/4.....from the rear of the upside down diamond shape bracing to the start of the holes is 1-7/8 inches....from the point of the diamond to the centerline of the holes is 13 inches....here are some pics

[Locomotion]

Two existing holes in the center of underhood bracing will line up with the centerline mounting studs in the scoop (front & rear), which you can see in the pics. Might need to clearance them a bit. But that's the best starting point.

Double-check the location from the top to center because it can be a touch off.
