I just got my Scamp back and have been driving it. BUT I was backing it out of my garage and it stalled. Now the key isn't engaging the starter at all it's like it's not getting power to the switch. No lights are coming on in the cluster. But the head lights and dash lights are coming on when I pull the switch. It's acting like I'm not even turning the key on. Help with any suggestions
