HELP trying to get my 5.7 swap to run w/o transponder!?!?!

OKAY I AM TRYING TO GET MY 5.7 HEMI PULLOUT STARTED FOR MY PROJECT CAR. I HAVE REWORKED THE HARNESS THE MOTOR WILL TURN OVER START AND THEN DIE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THE TRANSPONDER NEEDS THE KEY TO OPERATE THE SECURITY SYSTEM. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT I NEED TO DO TO OVERRIDE IT OR BYPASS IT, THANKS, THANKS, THANKS DAVE...:sad3:

The easiest option is to get a computer from a vehicle without SKIM.

Another option is to get the SKIM disabled. According to their website B & G performance will do it for $230

Another option would be to wire in a skim module with a matching transponder and key.

If you get the key it will require a flash from the dealer of match the VIN in the PCM to the transponder. Your best bet it get it tuned out of your PCM.
