Help with front end alignment numbers

I have a 72 Dart with 74 disc brakes. I need to have a front end alignment done and I want to give the Tech the caster, camber, and toe numbers instead of him guessing or looking at a 30 year old repair manual.

Camber..between -.5 and 0
Caster... as much pos. as he can get +3 would be nice(you may want to run .5 less on driver side if your roads are crowned)
Toe.... 1/16" to 1/8" positive(toe-in)

Yep,should work just fine. The hard part is getting enough pos. caster. Offset upper arm bushings help.
