help with post extras??

I have recently been using this site more since my car is close to being road worthy. I am grateful for everyone here who helped get me to where I am in my project.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but here goes = How do the responders to post add the little sayings and pictures of their cars on the reply post for others to see?? :banghead:
