Help with removing my rally bezel!!!

I'm trying to remove the rally bezel from a 68 Dart dash. I have removed all the bolts and everything but it seems to be stuck around the cigarette lighter and I can't seem to figure out how to get it off for the life of me. I figured it'd be a better idea to ask you guys how to do instead of me breaking it :-D
