Help with suspension

I have a 70 duster with disc brake set up with sbp.I purchased a suspension kit some time ago.
I put in new ball joints and tie rod ends from mancini.The outer tie rod ends will not go into the lower ball joint assembly.It looks like the tie rod ends are wrong or the lower ball joint assembly is wrong.Are 70 duster with the factory disc brake assemblies different?

70-72 Dusters would be small bolt pattern and could be either disc or drum.

Drum Brake LBJ Moog #'s K785 & K787

Disc Brake LBJ Moog #'s K7021 & K7023

The Tie Rods are the same whether disc or drum 70-76 Duster.....

Could they have sold you the LBJ for the 73-76 Dusters??
