Worth the $9.99 the first time. I may not use it again for 30 years (last time I was in the engine ). But that's what made in China is about! It's strong enough for the intended job and won't damage the seal.The driver handle shows no damage from a few good wacks with the 2 pounder.
If you don't have one, I can recommend this one.

Some of the china freight stuff is good. I have one of those china freight seal smackers. It works good.
