My life has included a lot of travel, Including 1,000,000 miles driving and another million miles flying. Never had much interest in airplanes, but I’ve been working on cars since I was 17. Also owned numerous vehicles over the years including a 1940 Dodge coupe, 1955 Chevy pickup, 1946 Ford 2 door sedan street rod.
Working on cars isn't the fun it used to be before I turned 70. Now it's time to let others have some fun with the things I've accumulated. Sold my Gilbarco gas pump, SVX, motorcycle, and 55 Chevy. Years ago I bought a 392 hemi to put in the ‘55 pick up and a 340 T/A motor out of the AAR CUDA for my ‘40 Dodge coupe.
I joined this forum to make those two motors available to someone who might appreciate them. The 392 hemi was bought rebuilt from a 1957 Chrysler. The 340 T/A had the six pack, but the carburetors were gone by the time I got there. The motor had about 55,000 miles on it. I also have the matching number 727 trans.
