Hi mounted p/s pump brackets

Did any small block ever have a high mounted power steering pump brackets? I installed a 318 in an '66 American Rambler Rogueand want power steering. The box is mounted on the frame up front so a Borgson bracket won't work, pump needs to be up higher near the head/valve cover.

Big blocks did in trucks but I don’t know about small blocks

The aluminum brackets from CVF move the pump up if your using a Saginaw Pump. It doesn't put it up like the alternator but it is at least an inch higher than the stock location. There are some pumps with remote reservoirs, brackets would be custom.

Change your setup to the 69 and earlier cast iron water pump and all the related hardware. Problem solved!
