Highest lift cam?

Going to need a lot more information. Where are the pistons in the cylinder at TDC eg. below deck, 0 deck, what kind of pistons and have they got valve reliefs, head gasket thckness, which BB head open or closed chamber, what kind of rockers, stock or aftermarket.
 
.030 over 77 block w/flat tops pistons. Stock 77 heads. Cam that's in it now: ADV. DURATION 274/286
DURATION @ .050 230/236
VALVE LIFT .488/.491
LOBE CENTER 110
Dual quads, 2700 stall, 410 gears, cope racing 727.
