holley 1 bbl power valve??

does the /6 holley 1 bbl have a power valve? if so does holley make one now that won't blow out??

the power valve on the holley 1 bbl. has a diapgram in the casting top, it is not in the fuel. it pushes on a lever on the mettering block that pushes on a ball in the metering block, covered by fuel. but the accelerator pump is a diaphram in the fuel. if the power valve blows it will only make a vacuum leek.
