Holley 1920 idle air bleed screw?!

Hey guys
So im trying to deal with some carb issues, but im new to this model of carb, and after hours of useless searching online im at my limit. Im trying to find where the idle air bleed screw is on this thing (1920 Holley single barrel).
Any help!?

I rebuilt one of these a couple of times a few years ago when I still had a slant six, but don't remember all of the parts. The link above is to a manual I found online, so hopefully that will help. It looks like it has all of the adjustment procedures.

As I recall the idle air bleed is a fixed orifice at the top of the throat and below the choke butterfly. It is not a screw or a removablable part.
