Holley 670 street advenger question

I have a used 670 street advenger carb. On the bottom there are 2 3/8 ports. One is marked for power brake booster, and it goes on the secondary side. The other goes to PVC valve and its on the primary side.
Can these be reversed? It would make for a shorter hose if I could.

The PCV should be on the front. You can connect the brake booster directly to the intake manifold if you have a spot. Brake booster should be on it's own port also.
