Holley carb id on 318LA

So i recently bought a 67 valiant that has a 318 with some work done, voodoo cam, edelbrock heads, intake, 4brl carb, long tube headers, etc. I'm trying to figure out what carb is on this thing. It has no choke on it which i find strange, have to sit in it and feather the gas pedal for a good 5 minutes to get it to idle right, if not it stalls. Car came from Colorado to here in Florida so i'm sure ill have to tune it. Anyway, here are some numbers off of it if someone can help me identify it. I couldn't find anything on the holley reference site.
