Since there is no power valve on the secondary side of a Holley vacuum secondary carb should the jets be 3 to 5 sizes bigger than the primary side? Seems that this would be the case since that is what is done when you block off a power valve in other Holley carbs. But that dose not mean much LOL

There is a Holley secondary metering plate conversion chart out there somewhere that shows the correct jets to use when replacing the metering plate with a metering block. For a Holley 3310, the conversion calls for 75 or 76 jets.

Most Holley's don't have/need a secondary power valve and you need a metering block for that anyway. But when the power valve is removed on the primary side for racing, the jet increase is usually about 8 #'s for double pump carbs. Other carbs may need smaller increases because the PVCR (power valve channel restriction) in the metering block is smaller. Holley has a formula for that too, but I never used it.

Thanks!
Mine already has the secondary metering block (670 avenger) and had 65 pri and 68 sec from the fact. I am up to 73 pri and 74 sec and just wondering if I should built that factory stager back in. Still seems to be rather lean to me.
